We are certified public accountants who are members of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of CPA'S. We have undergone and successfully passed an independent quality review examination attesting to our commitment to quality of work. Our firm is presently comprised of two partners, one full time paraprofessional who provides bookkeeping and tax support, one senior staff accountant and one support staff member who provides administrative, computer and clerical services.
Richard V. DiGennaro, CPA, MST
Richard has spent his entire career in public accounting.
In addition to holding a Masters degree in Taxation.
Richard's specialized education and experience has allowed him to become a valued advisor to the many individuals and businesses he services. As a testament to the trust and respect he has earned from his clients, a number of them have appointed him as trustee and executor of their trusts and estates.
Richard is also active within the CPA profession and as a community volunteer. He serves on various committees of the RI Society of CPA's and volunteers his time and expertise to non-profit organizations, serving on a number of boards. He is currently the President of the East Greenwich Chamber of Commerce.
Ralph A. Palumbo, CPA, CIA
Ralph has a broad base of experience in a variety of accounting, financial and business arenas. He maintains significant expertise in real estate transactions, defaulted loan and tax liability settlements, construction services, Section 1031 exchange practice and service industries. Additional wisdom comes from having established, owned, operated and sold, successful businesses of his own. These real life experiences afford him the opportunity to provide superior advice to his clients

Ralph's professional disciplines and skills have given him a base from which he has established a profound network of professionals, including equity investors and institutional and private lenders, extending his specialized services.
One of Ralph's greatest strengths lies in his negotiating and personal interaction skills. He is truly a people person.
